At Lights Out Coffee Company, we brew more than coffee — we craft purpose. Founded by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, seasoned boxer and martial artist, avid motorcyclist, and Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, our mission is as bold as our beans.

Our blends are a tribute to discipline, strength, and precision — whether you're gearing up for a 6 AM call shift, a morning motorcycle ride, or an oh-dark-30 mission. We believe coffee should punch like a knockout, be smooth like inducing an anesthetic, and calming like riding a 1975 Norton 850 Commando on a twisting country road.
